Consumer Guarantees
- PurQ products are covered under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). For major or acceptable quality issues, you’re entitled to a replacement, refund, or compensation as applicable.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
- Contact customer service within 7 days of delivery with order details and photos.
- Once a return is inspected, we aim to process refunds within 5 business days. Notification via email once completed.
- We’ll cover return shipping costs and offer a replacement or refund once items are returned and inspected.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Change of Mind
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns or provide refunds for change of mind or incorrect.
